Brian Burke

Brian is a former VP Fixed Income Sales and Trading at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. He Is currently the owner of Metro NY US based healthy vending business. Brian has been involved with US based Student Sponsor Partner program for 27 years. He has holds an AB in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Matt Dawson

Matt is a former England Rugby Captain and World Cup Winner. Retiring in 2006 he’s now a Strategic Sales Consultant for The Instant Group as well as sitting on the Regional Leadership Committee at global FM outsourcer, Sodexo. He still manages to find time to work for BBC Radio as their main rugby summariser as well as continuing to be the longest serving captain on BBC One’s flag ship show ‘A Question Of Sport’.

Olivia Griffiths

Olivia is COO and Chief People Officer at Tristan Capital Partners. She previously held the role of Managing Director of Operations, having joined Tristan originally in 2016 as Head of Marketing and Communications. Prior to Tristan, Olivia was a Director at CNC Communications & Network Consulting, a strategic consultancy owned by Publicis Groupe. Olivia previously worked at Man Group plc (Man), an alternative investment manager and started her career at M&G. Olivia has a BA (Hons) degree in Public Relations from Bournemouth University.

Claire Heath

Claire Heath is the Executive Director and Chief of Staff for Ric’s private office, having worked with Ric for over 20 years supporting his role as CIO and Chairman and heading up HR for Tristan Capital Partners. Claire helped to set up the Foundation in 2010, and has played a key role in the administration of the Foundation since its inception.

Ross Howlett

Ross is the founding partner of Rossco Property specialising in advising clients on all aspects of property construction and ownership. Following a chance introduction to the Chairman 8 years ago, a close friendship and shared passion for charitable causes has since followed.

Larry Lawrence

Larry is Head of Credit Sales, Americas, Societe Generale and has more than 20yrs of experience in financial markets.  This follows a long career as a professional basketball player, in the US and France.  Larry holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and completed the Executive Education Program from Columbia University.

Ric Lewis

Ric Lewis is Executive Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Tristan Capital Partners, and the Founder of the Black Heart Foundation. Ric has dedicated the majority of his free time to organisations aimed at improving the pathways to education, especially for young people from under-resourced and under-represented communities. Ric serves on a number of educational and community Boards including the that of Dartmouth College (USA), Belfer Center – John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, King Solomon Academy, The Institute of Imagination, Royal National Children’s Springboard Foundation and Legal and General. He is also a Patron of the Eastside Young Leaders Academy.

Ben Sharpe

Represented Great Britain at hockey at the 2000 Olympic games. Previous roles include CEO of TaylorMade-adidas Golf Company, CEO of Lyle & Scott. Ben is currently President of Toptracer part of the Topgolf Entertainment Group. Ben was first introduced to the Black Heart Foundation in 2008, and immediately became a sponsor and has been involved with the Foundation ever since.

Michael Vaughan

Michael Vaughan OBE is a former England cricket captain, leading them from 2003 to 2008, famously helping England to regain the Ashes in 2005.He has since gone on to be one of the sports’ most respected commentators on both BBC’s Test Match Special and Radio Five Live as well as Channel 5 and FOX Sports in Australia.
