We aim to conduct reviews twice a year. When you submit your application, you will receive a response indicating when we expect to get back to you.
Reviews are subject to the Board’s availability. We review a large number of applications but aim to get back to applicants by the deadline indicated in the confirmation email.
Applications are accepted and reviewed twice a year
Cohort 1: Applications will be accepted between 1st March and 15th August and applicants will be informed of the outcome by 30th September
Cohort 2: Applications will be accepted between 16th August and 31st October and applicants will be informed of the outcome by the 31st December
We will not be accepting applications between 1st November – 28th February. Any applications received during this time it will be added to the applications to be reviewed as part of cohort 1
The review process takes place twice a year to manage the number of applications we receive and scholar expectations.
Unfortunately, this may not fit with the timing of a particular course or programme therefore, we normally leave it up to the candidate to ascertain if they would like to continue to pursue the scholarship or not.
Please note the scholarships are highly competitive and not guaranteed so where possible you should always be seeking alternative sources of funding.
Unfortunately, we are not in the position to review applications earlier than specified.
